His expertise, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to quality set the standard for everything we do. As the heart of the business, John leads by example and serves as a mentor—passing down decades of knowledge to the next generation.
Tom McSharry
Partner, Business Operations, Project Support
Tom manages the operational backbone of the business, from project coordination to financial administration. With years of hands-on experience working alongside his father, John, he’s just as comfortable behind a desk as he is on a job site. Tom steps in wherever needed to keep projects running smoothly and ensure every detail stays on track.
Alex Lueling

Alex, John’s son-in-law, is a German-trained industrial and welding engineer who brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to every project.
