As the heart of the business, John leads by example and serves as a mentor—passing down decades of knowledge to the next generation.

With years of hands-on experience working alongside his father, John, he’s just as comfortable behind a desk as he is on a job site. Tom steps in wherever needed to keep projects running smoothly and ensure every detail stays on track.

Alex, John’s son-in-law, is a German-trained industrial and welding engineer who brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to every project.
